CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 151(JUD) "An Act requiring an                                                                             
indemnification, defense, and hold harmless provision in construction-                                                          
related professional services contracts of state agencies, quasi-public                                                         
agencies, municipalities, and political subdivisions" was read the

Senator French, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                
adoption of the Judiciary Senate Committee Substitute offered on page                                                           
1700. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL
